Talent Pipelines

We are dedicated to strengthening our talent pipeline by working closely with area institutions and our local schools.

Morton is ideally located less than 45 miles and under an hour’s drive from 12 different colleges and universities, providing your company a robust workforce pool from which to draw.  These are students accustomed to this community and the chances of them staying for a job opportunity are significant.

At the EDC, we maintain relationships with the local schools in order to work collaboratively and help align their academic programs and graduating students with your workforce needs.  Please find a list of possible workforce pipelines below.
